Georgij Nazarov, born in Moscow, is a naturologist and a researcher.
He is the author of the series of
seminars about healthier and more
quality way of life, as well as a number of
bestsellers: “The Secrets of The Correct Diet”, part I and part II, “The
Diet” and many others in which is very simply explained how can we make
a powerful influence on the quality of our health and psyche with
certain corrections of our eating habits.The books contain practical
advices concerning the choice of food, time of eating, combining
groceries as well as food preparing.
He is also the author of the following books, which also had a
great success: “What Is the Easiest Way to Gain or to Lose Weight or 7
Steps to Optimal Weight”, part I and part II, “The Secrets of Brain
Cleaning” and “Healthy Head”. By the books from the serial The Cookbook
of Healthy Diet: “Main Dish”, “Salads”, “Desserts” and “Food for Winter,
Sweets, and Drinks”, hundreds of thousands people in Serbia and all
over the world feed themselves. He is also the author of the books:
“Georgij Nazarov Advises You”, “How to Live Healthier During Summer”,
“How to Live Healthier During Autumn”, as well as of some special
editions of “Healthy Life” about how to live healthier during winter and
spring. He is the author of over 350 published articles and comments;
he is a contributor to the magazines “Herbs and Health”, “Healthy Life”,
“In a Healthy Body…” and a long time member of an International
Federation of Journalists (IFJ), Association of Serbian Journalists as
well as Mountain Rescue Service and Thailand Association for Traditional
Medicine. He is also a member of association for “Public Health” in
Serbia.
He has collaborated with the Russian centre for science and culture
in Belgrade for many years, and is one of the founders of “The Movement
for Healthier Serbia”.
He is a teacher in the School of Healthy Life and an author of a
number of seminars in nature and a traditional summer seminar in
Zlatibor as well as a programme for healthier diet which is
traditionally carried out in a number of restaurants in Belgrade.
Currently, he is preparing a book about how to make your heart healthy
and to clean blood vessels.
Jovana Vujic – Nazarov is an economist and a long year associate of Georgij Nazarov. She works on researches, writings, book publishing, co -operation with media (televisions, magazines, periodicals…). She organizes lectures and seminars, introduces the programs of healthy diet in restaurants. She is a vegetarian over a long year period and she applies this system and works on herself.
